Our fully personal training plans are tailored specifically to you, and ongoing communication with Alex as your coach will make sure you stay on track to meet your goals. Alex strives to provide expertly planned training along with ongoing support throughout the process.

Expertly planned daily training
A fully personalized and expertly designed daily training plan tailored to help you reach your goals. Designed with workouts to help you improve, while still keeping training fun and motivating. The training will be made to fit around your lifestyle, availability and fitness, to provide you with the space to get the most out of yourself with the time that you have to dedicate to your bike. Your daily training will also be adjusted and updated regularly. Whether you need some extra rest, want to push on more, or life happens, we make sure to keep your training fun and achievable.
Comunication and goal setting
A pillar of Alex’s training philosophies is regular and ongoing communication. Through regular communication, we will be able to make sure you stay on track and can adjust your training when it is necessary. Along with communicating regularly, Alex will be able to help you with goal setting. Whether it is racing, a Grandfondo, keeping fit or completing a ride you always wanted to do, we will discuss how to goal set to keep the training motivating and exciting.
Ongoing Workout analysis
Through the final Surge platform, workout analysis, fitness tracking and feedback are made easy. You will be able to provide workout notes and comments, and Alex will be able to easily give feedback on your sessions to keep constant communication. Alex will also be able to do in-depth analyses of your workouts to track your progress and update your training when needed.
When you sign up on Final Surge, you will fill out a detailed questionnaire so that Alex can know your training history, availability and what goals you may have. Afterwards, you will have an in-depth meeting to discuss with Alex to talk about what will work best for you and to set up your initial training plan.
About Final Surge
Final Surge is an easy to use training platform where your training will be posted and logged. Communication is made easy through Final Surge with the ability to add comments to your workouts and your coach to provide feedback on your sessions. It also includes excellent workout analysis, which Alex will use to design your training plan.
